Violinist Julia Fischer leads the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields through a novel interpretation of a great classical work. This 1996 performance was filmed in a futuristic glass dome designed by Norman Foster at the National Botanic Garden of Wales in England. Also included is an alternate director's cut which features images of the garden through the changing seasons.
