Summary: Nadja Brand stars in this British horror film as Lany Thompkins, a young woman who has been haunted her whole life by the memory of the string of murders her father committed on her eighth birthday before killing himself. Determined to achieve some sort of closure, Lany heads back to the village where it all happened, only to be received by the townspeople with outright hostility, though not because she is the daughter of a murderer. She soon learns that she was born under the shadow of a total eclipse, something that repeated on the night of her eighth birthday, and the townspeople view her reappearance of a harbinger for both the eclipse and more brutal murders.
